IMO, Watchmen has way too much bloo penis. Well, the movie anyways. I'm gonna have to read the Graphic novel one of these days.

I honestly don't see what the fuss is about that, but each to his own. The only bit that made me blink was the circular saw vs. wrists, but eh.

Graphic novel adds more, in many ways. Motivations wise, and philosophy wise, lots more. Like it personally. Well, duh; up to volume 12, so of course.

It's just that in my opinion, it's shown so often that it loses artistic value and simply becomes silly.

I watched it the first time with a very immature audience, incidentally (you'd think it would stop getting funny by a certain point), but yeah, I see your point. I've heard a lot of people complaining about it recently because omg male nudity! But yeah. Though I understand what you mean, I didn't really give it enough thought to find it an issue in much of any way.

Incidentally, I believe it's shown less in the comic, but that has the benefit of other artistic techniques, too.

Then again, I just drew Rorschach with Silk Spectre's body on someone's back for the lulz, so how can I talk about maturity? XP
